FAQ
Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes, all attendees must have a valid ticket to be allowed within the venue. All tickets will be scanned on entry.
What is the Early Bird discount?
InfBall 2026 is offering a higher number of subsidised tickets than ever! Once these subsidised tickets run out, attendees will need to pay full price. Early bird discounts are limited in quantity.
Do you cater for allergies/dietary requirements?
Yes, the dinner menu has gluten free, vegan and a non-vegan halal main. A form for people with dietary requirements will become available closer to the event date.
Is there a seating plan?
Yes, a seating plan will be in-place for dinner. A seating plan form will become available closer to the event date. Tables seat 11 people.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is strictly formal.
Can I buy a ticket for my friend?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets at checkout.
I am not an Informatics student, can I still attend?
Yes, the event is open to all. Non-students can also purchase tickets.
Can I bring my own alcohol/food?
No, the event is fully catered. Dining & Ceilidh ticket holders will receive 1/2 bottle of wine (or 3 soft drinks), a welcome glass of fizz and a 3-course meal. All ticket holders have access to the Dynamic Earth bar.
Can I refund or resell my ticket?
Early Bird/Advance Dining & Ceilidh (£69) are non-refundable. Regular Dining & Ceilidh (£93) and Afterparty Only (£9) are refundable before March 1st 2026. Please email us at infball@comp-soc.com to process a refund or to inform us of a resale.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free overnight parking in the Dynamic Earth underground car park is included with all tickets.
